Workshop Announcement
Following the tradition and the spirit of previous events in this series
of workshops the 8th Austrian Numerical Analysis Day will be organized by the Institute for Analysis and Scientific Computing at Vienna University of Technology and will take place in Vienna, May 10 - 11, 2012.
Aims
The goal of this workshop is to inform about all research activities in the fields of numerical analysis and applied mathematics.
Scientists from Austrian universities and other research institutions are particularly invited to present their results/interests and discuss their ideas.
Apart from strengthening already well established contacts this annual workshop should also provide an opportunity to start new collaborations.
Location
The workshop will take place at Freihaus (building D on the
map).
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner is sponsored by CST Computer Simulation Technology
and will take place in the "Zwölf Apostelkeller".
Registration
For registration please send an E-Mail with a short abstract
to anaday12@asc.tuwien.ac.at not later
than 18th of April 2012. Depending on the number of abstracts the talks will be between 15 and 30 minutes. There are no fees!
